About ME the Tutor: Ahmed El-Shareif
Ahmed El-Shareif is a native Arabic speaker from Egypt and a highly qualified linguist with extensive experience in teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and holds two Master of Arts degrees: one in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language from SOAS, University of London (2012), and a second in Academic Practice from City, University of London (2023).
Ahmed currently leads Arabic modules at City St George’s, University of London, covering Years 1–3 for both the general public and Bayes Business School.
Other Teaching Engagements:
In addition to his work at City St George’s, Ahmed teaches at SOAS University of London every Saturday. Please note that the SOAS modules follow an accelerated Arabic curriculum.
